Refund policy
1. Exchanges
In this case, create an exchange request on the Exchange/Return Portal or contact us through mail or instagram. We will initiate a reverse pick-up for your order. Once the items reach our facility and have passed quality check, the exchanged item in your preferred size will be dispatched from our facility.
2. Return
Once the product is delivere you cannot return the product. You can exchange your items within 5 days of receipt of your shipment.
They must be in original condition
For clothing, unwashed and unworn
In the original packaging
Accesories are non returnable
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
3. Refund
In this case, a reverse pickup will be initiated and the products will be picked up from your location. Once the items have passed quality check, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method. Please note that for all Cash On Delivery Orders (Standard and/or Express) the refund initiated will be in the form of Direct Bank Account/Google Pay/PhonePay/PayTM. Refunds to payment method can take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
